2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the strength of representation dated 17.07.2025. The original document is very much with him. The petitioner is permitted to present the document before the second respondent. If the second respondent is not inclined to entertain the document, he has to necessarily issue a refusal check slip containing reasons. The writ petitioner should of course fulfil all the statutory and other procedural formalities. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.With the aforesaid direction to the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
