Heard both sides.

2.The entitlement of the writ petitioner to compensation has already been decided. Copy of the judgment and decree dated 03.03.2023 made in A.S.(MD)No.49 of 2014 has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. It is seen therefrom that this Court had confirmed the judgment passed by the trial Court. The second respondent is directed to pay the decreetal amount to the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
