PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 01.11.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 5(1), 5(j)(ii) r/w 6(1) of POCSO Amendment Act, 2019 in Crime No.10 of 2021on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had love affair with the victim girl who is aged about 16 years at the time of occurrence and had sexual intercourse with her for many times and make her pregnant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he was falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner aged about 19 years and the victim girl is aged about 16 years and now she is 6 months pregnant. CRL OP(MD). No.19265 of 2021 5.Since medical test is yet to be conducted, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is a possibility of tampering the evidence.
