THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE M.S.RAMESH W.P.(MD) No.16504 of 2018 (Through Video Conference) S.Karpukkarasi
...Petitioner
Vs.
The District Collector, Pudukottai District.
... Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to revoke the order of suspension passed by the respondent in Rc.A./632/2018 dated 29.05.2018 at once.
For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian For Respondents : Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, Additional Government Pleader ******
O R D E R
When the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was 57 years old, who had challenged the order of suspension made in Rc.A./632/2018 dated 29.05.2018 by the respondent. Apparently, the petitioner herein now had attained the age of superannuation and therefore, revocation of the suspension order and reinstatement into service will not arise. It is needless to point out that if the petitioner is entitled for any subsistence allowance during the suspension period, it is always open to her to claim the same in accordance with law.
2. Since no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
