This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to exempt the petitioner from surrender in preferring the Revision Petition filed against the Judgment of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District, at Srivilliputhur, in C.A.No.37 of 2023 dated 14.02.2025 confirming the Judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Sivakasi, in C.C.No.5 of 2017 dated 27.02.2023 pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.
