This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to permit the petitioner to take the scrap materials available at Central Stores at Nagercoil for Lot Nos.12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 19 after receiving the balance sale amount without any penal interest, by considering the petitioner's representation through mail dated 01.12.2021.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the second respondent and it is seen that the petitioner has been paid the entire sale amount along with the penal interest for lifting the scrap materials. 2/4
