Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to grant three days emergency leave or ordinary leave to the petitioner younger brother by name V.P.Pandi @ Attack Pandi son of Ponnusamy Thevar (C.P.No.5932) now confining as life convict prisoner at Madurai Central Prison, Madurai, from 12.10.2022 to enable him to attend the 16th day ceremony of mother of the said life convict by name Mrs.Ramuthai wife of Ponnusamy Thevar in accordance with law forthwith.
