ORDER

This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10941 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10941 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. He would further submit that since the petitioners are working in school, they are unable to arrange sureties and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10941 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is 2/3

granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
