The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 407 days in representing the second appeal papers.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the common judgment, the present petitioner / appellant has already filed three appeals with delay condonation petitions to condone the delay of 407 days in representing the papers and the same were allowed by this Court.

4. Considering the above and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
