2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 26.06.2019, passed in W.P.(MD)No.14240 of 2019, has been complied with vide Memo No.1483/PSD-B4/2019, dated 05.07.2019 and the same was communicated to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due.
