CRL OP(MD). No.18140 of 2022 2.The only ground raised by the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 failed to comply with the conditions while granting bail to them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.521 of 2021 is in progress.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
