ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 07.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that neither any complaint nor any case has been filed against this petitioner.

2.Since, no enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
