Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NARAYANAN R, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9104 of 2023 on 16.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the trial before the trial court was commenced.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9104 of 2023 on 16.06.2023 is relaxed and since the trial commenced before the trial Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing. sd/- 05/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
