ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 seeking issuance of patta in his name in respect of the property situated in Survey No.509/1 in Nagaikottai Village,Vedachandur Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Muthu Ganesa Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property from one R.S.Kannan under a registered sale deed dated 28.03.2011 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same since then. The
petitioner submitted an online application on 26.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0103/13/380507, seeking issuance of patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
