PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5000 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and set aside the same by allowing the Revision Petition. ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.5000 of 2021, dated 18.11.2021 and to set aside the same by allowing the Revision Petition.

2. The petitioner is a habitual offender. He has so far involved in four previous cases which are similar in nature. In fact, the vehicle owned by the petitioner was also involved in those offences. Therefore, the Court below rightly rejected the petition for modifying the condition.
