The instant writ petition has been filed by a Conductor working in the respondent transport corporation, challenging his order of transfer from Kumbakonam Town 1 branch to Thanjavur Bye pass. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that by way of proceedings dated 23.08.2024, the petitioner has been re-transferred to Kumbakonam 1 branch. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
