When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the above Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the E.P. was terminated and same may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to work out their remedy before appropriate forum if it is required. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
