ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is before this Court against the impugned communication of the second respondent/Executive Officer of Arulmigu Vallala Kanda Ayyanar Temple, Trichy. By the impugned communication, the second respondent has proposed the collection of amount towards issuance of token for Archana and Abisekam.

3. The impugned communication records that the petitioner's objections have been received.

4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2/6

communication, dated 11.11.2024 was issued calling for the objections to which the petitioner's villagers have given a representation, dated 06.12.2024.

5. That apart, in the representation, it has been clearly stated that the very same proposal was made earlier in the year 2010, when one Manohar was the Executive Officer. However, based on the representation of the villagers of the petitioner, the decision was withdrawn.

6. It is submitted that though the representation was given on 06.12.2024, the impugned communication wrongly records that no objection was received.

On the other hand, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that in response to the very same issue, a Writ Petition was filed by one Paramanantham in W.P.(MD) No.17246 of 2025, wherein it was prayed for implementation of the aforesaid order of the second respondent. Pursuant to the order passed in the said Writ Petition, on 26.06.2025, the case is posted for enquiry on 18.08.2025.

8. It is submitted that in the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner himself is 3/6

aggrieved, who is allegedly collecting the amounts for Archana and Abisekam and running parallel economy in the temple.

9. It is submitted that in any event, since the case is listed for enquiry pursuant to the order, dated 26.06.2025, on 18.08.2025, the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2024 also will be considered.

10. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass a fresh orders in terms of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.17246 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025.

11. Needless to state, the petitioner shall be heard, before the final orders are passed.

12. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 11.08.2025 Internet : Yes / No apd 4/6
