It is represented that, as against the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in the present Writ Petition, the fourth respondent herein had already filed W.A.(MD)No.1511 of 2021 before the Division Bench of this Court and the same was allowed, setting aside the order passed in the Writ Petition, vide judgment dated 23.11.2023. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.
