This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent conducted petition enquiry and registered two FIRs as against the and his counter part through the complaint dated 13.07.2018.

3.In view of the said submission, now, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Accordingly, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.13573 of 2018 disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation with a fresh cause of action.
