(MD) No. 15966 of 2021 order dated. 12.10.2021 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No. VI, Madurai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MANIVANAN.C., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to their illness, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15966 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15966 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
