This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 631 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. Even though names of the respondents 1, 2 and 4 printed in the cause list no one has appeared.

3. Though the reasons have not been satisfactorily explained in the interest of justice and to provide fair opportunity, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. However, the petitioner / claimant is not entitled to interest during the delay period.
