ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 409, 477-A I.P.C. and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.2 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/Accused No.1 during his tenure as Panchayat President of Thiruppachethy along with Accused No.2 has committed irregularities. Hence, the complaint.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in this case been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2021 and summons has also been issued to the petitioner. 4.Since summons have been issued by the concerned Court, the petitioner has to workout her remedy in the pending proceedings. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 07/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
