Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks grant of police protection in respect of the petition mentioned property. The petitioner had filed the O.S.No.68 of 2021 before the learned Sub Court, Aranthangi. But as on date, no interim order has been obtained in his favour. Hence, the question of granting relief under Section 482 Cr.P.C does not arise at present.
