[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 09.01.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.2784 of 2014.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition, the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Highways, Construction and maintenance, Palayamkottai, by a communication dated 03.09.2024, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, reported compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Further, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the survey number of the subject property is 960/1, however, it has been wrongly mentioned as 961/1 in the order passed in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. [T.K.R., J.] [R.V., J.] 04.12.2024 NCC :
