To condone the delay of 716 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent in S.A(MD).No.470 of 2013.

ORDER

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed seeking condonation of the delay of 716 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent in S.A(MD).No.470 of 2013.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 716 days and Registry is directed to amend the cause title in the main petition regarding death of the 9th respondent and implead his legal heirs as respondents 43 to 45 in the main appeal.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
