The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to disburse the balance amount of the retirement benefits of Rs.13,07,728/- to the petitioner immediately.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondents settled the terminal benefits due to the petitioner, i.e., Rs.10,94,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs and Ninety https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________

W.P. (MD) No. 22720 of 2019 Four Thousand Only). If at all there is any objection regarding the calculation of terminal benefits, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority. However, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has already been redressed.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
