ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but makes a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for giving a more comprehensive representation to the Revenue Authority concerned along with other legal heirs and giving more particulars about the names sought to be deleted. 2.Permitted to withdraw.
