The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandanus, directing the respondents to provide new cable link to the petitioner and to appoint him as a local cable operator for Neikarapatti, Palani Taluk, Dindigal District.
2. The petitioner has given an online application on 23.09.2021. He has given a further representation on 05.11.2021.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.D.Venkatesh and also the learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.Sateesh Kumar. The petitioner claimed that he had applied for license to run cable television at Neikarapatti before the Postmaster, Palani Head Post Office. He was issued with a registration certificate on 07.08.2020 for a period of one year vide registration no.656. He made an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P. (MD).No. 21627 of 2021 application before the second respondent to get a cable connection for Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable Television. He sent a reminder on 03.12.2020.

Let me not delve deeper into the facts in view of the representation made by Mr.Sateesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, that the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders. Let the principles of natural justice be followed to the extent possible and let an order be passed within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
