This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.357 of 2020 of Kalaiyarkovil Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trial of PCR Act Cases, Sivagangai, in Special Sessions Case No.84 of 2023.
