ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Tahsildar, Cheramahadevi had passed eviction order under Section 6 of the Act. Thus, he had complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8463 of 2025.

2. It is seen that the encraocher had filed an appeal before the District Collector, Tirunelveli. The Tahsildar can take further action only based on the outcome of the appeal. As on date, no contempt is made out. The contemp petition stands closed.
