ORDER
This petition has been filed questioning the proceedings dated blank of November 2021, whereby, the petitioner herein had been directed to vacate and hand over the possession of shop run by her.

2. I am extremely pained by the fact that when there is a specific direction by the Division Bench of this Court that any writ petition challenging the eviction proceedings of shop is to be placed before the Division Bench, this petition has been placed before me. It was moved as lunch motion and thereafter, it is listed in the regular list.
3. In view of the direction of the Hon'ble Division Bench, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the third respondent. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
