ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the writ petition has became infructuous as the Tahsildar has now granted patta in terms of the order impugned in the present writ petition.

W.P.(MD).No.16745 of 2018 2.The District Revenue Officer /the first respondent herein by the impugned order, dated 26.03.2018 has directed patta in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of an extent of 0.02.18 hectares. It is only consequent to the impugned order. The position as to how the petitioner will be competent to challenge the consequential order, if the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, is not explained.

3.However, at the request of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
