ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption " Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier Orders of this Court dated 01.09.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai in D.No.9064/2023, dated 21.12.2023 , seeking further extension ofthree months time for disposal of Election O.P. No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of Election O.P.No.27 of 2023.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 21.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Election O.P.No.27 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three 2/3

months time is extended for disposing Election O.P.No.27 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
