O R D E R

The petitioner has submitted an application under Section 77A of the Registration Act, as against the document registered in between 2020 to 2023 and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the application filed on 01.05.2023.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for admission today(29.08.2023), Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, by referring the 2/5

proceedings of the District Registrar, Dindigul in Na.Ka.No. 2832/A3/2023, dated 04.05.2023 submits that the petitioner's application has been duly enquired and it was rejected on 04.05.2023. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the above proceedings, he is at liberty to file an appeal under Section 77B of the Registration Act, before the appropriate authority. No costs.
