ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.1674 of 2017 dated 01.09.2017 registered by the 1st respondent police station and quash the same in respect of the petitioner/Accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the same was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6535 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
