Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.409 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police herein and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner. ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against her in Crime No.482 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli by way of e-filing on 03.07.2025.

3.Since final report is filed, this court is not inclined to proceed with the first information report alone. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police shall follow it up with the court and ensure that the final report is taken on file. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
