PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindigul to conduct trial in S.C.No. 8 of 2019 in an expeditious manner and conclude the same within a time frame of two months. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in S.C.No. 8 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindigul

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindigul to dispose the case pending in S.C.No. 8 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
