The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(b), 20(a)(1) of NDPS, 1985 in Crime.No.290 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that in his house he has planted and grown Ganja plants, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
