ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to the writ petitioner to survey his land in Survey No.170/4 situating at Kalladai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would 2/4

submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.608 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
