No. 2071 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Karur and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 01.09.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge,FTC,Karur vide the letter in D.No.151/2024 dated 08.02.2024 this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the appeal in Crl.A.No.185 of 2023. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 01.09.2023 and directed the Principal District Court, Karur, to number the appeal and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of numbering the appeal. Now the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur, requests further time to dispose of the said case, stating that the above said appeal was made over to that Court and taken on file only on 24.01.2024.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing Crl.A.No.185 of 2023, on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
