This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the Crime No.106 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police dated 08.06.2024 and quash the same with respect of this petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aathur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.148 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
