O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned summon, dated 24.08.2023, issued by the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful small trade import and export business. 2.Since the petitioner has challenged only the summon, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner is directed to appear before the authorities and participate in the enquiry. However, the respondents shall conduct the enquiry without harassing the petitioner and shall grant all the safety measures to the petitioner. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as stated above. No costs.
