Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned common election notification bearing No.Nil dated 07.07.2025 in Thinathanthi Tamil Daily dated 07.07.2025 issued by the seventh respondent election Committee for the Respondents 3 to 5 Societies and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 2 to hold the enquiry as against the illegalities committed by the Respondents No. 3 to 7 based on the Petitioners representation dated 11.05.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this Case. 2/7

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned common election notification bearing No.Nil dated 07.07.2025 in Thinathanthi Tamil Daily dated 07.07.2025 issued by the seventh respondent election Committee for the respondents 3 to 5 Societies and consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to hold the enquiry as against the illegalities committed by the respondents 3 to 7 based on the Petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2025.
2. The petitioner appears to be the plaintiff in O.S.No.42 of 2025, which has been now re-numbered as O.S.No.203 of 2025 before the I Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai.
3. A similar challenge to the election notification was made in W.P(MD)No.19657 of 2025, which was dismissed by this Court by a detailed 3/7
order dated 22.07.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner himself has brought this to the attention to this Court, today.
4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a writ petition is pending at the behest of A.Surendar Kumar in W.P(MD)No. 10871 of 2025, wherein a challenge has been made to the removal of the said A.Surendar Kumar and others as Secretary of the Society.
5. Since the order of this Court dated 22.07.2025 has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)No.2305 and 2330 of2025, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. It is however open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 4/7
