PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to grant admission /allotment order in favour of the petitioner to pursue his 3 year LLB Degree course for the year of 2024-2025 at 5th respondent law college by considering his representation dated 08.09.2024 and within time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 4 to grant admission /allotment order in favour of the petitioner to pursue his 3 year LLB Degree course for the year of 2024-2025 at 5th respondent law college.

2.When the matter is taken up hearing, Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 5, submitted that the petitioner has been given with the allotment letter. He has also produced a copy of the same before this Court. 2/4

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes the said submission.
