PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits as well as monthly pension with arrears for the service period of the petitioner from 02.02.1987 to 31.10.2023 and also sanction the pending two increments with arrears for completion of Special Grade Service and promotion post of Health Visitor within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Health Visitor of the fourth respondent hospital, seeking a mandamus for disbursement of the retirement benefits, monthly pension and arrears of pension. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submits that there are no adverse remarks as against the writ petitioner and therefore, the entire service benefits would be released on or before 30.11.2024.

3.Recording the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to release the benefits on or before 30.11.2024. 2/5

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
