Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SOLAISAMY.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15804 of 2021 on 26.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.10971 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15804 of 2021 on 26.10.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
