ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa raghavan for Mr. N. Mohan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B. Saravanan, Additional Government Pleader for the 1st and 2nd respondents and Mr. N. Dilip Kumar, Advocate for Ms. V. Sujatha for the 3rd respondent and Ms.K. Pandi Priya, Advocate for the 4th respondent and Mr. S. Ramanathan, Advocate for the 5th to 7th respondents, this Court made the following order: After the orders were pronounced, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the time period lost in agitating the present issue before this Court to be excluded while calculating limitation.
2. Considering the above request, it is made clear that if the statutory appeal is preferred within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, then the appellate authority shall not put limitation against the petitioner and shall proceed to number the appeal and hear the same in accordance with law.
