ORDER:- This Second Appeal coming on Friday, the Fifth day of April Two Thousand Nineteen, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.GURUCHEV, Party in Person appearing for the Appellant and of MR.S.SUKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, this Court having stood over for consideration till this day, doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the Judgment and Decree of the Subordinate Judge of Camp Court, Melur dated 30.01.2015 made in A.S.No.48 of 2009 confirming the judgment and decree of the District Munsif, Melur, dated 06.07.2006 made in O.S.No.509 of 2004 be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is Dismissed.
