PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to provide revised annual increments for the year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and encashment of unearned leave surrender for 28 days and salary from 08/11/2016 to 11/1/2017 as per the 6th pay commission recommendation to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06/07/2018 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner is for revised annual increments for the years 2015 to 2018 and encashment of unearned leave surrender for 28 days and salary from 08.11.2016 to 11.01.2017 as per the 6th pay commission recommendation.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R4. Descriptions of R5 and R6, being VV Higher Secondary School and the Head Master respectively are printed in the cause list. But, the parties are unrepresented.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader circulates a copy of proceedings bearing Moo.Mu.No.3918/A3/2021 dated 01.11.2021 stating that the amounts as claimed by the petitioner have already been sanctioned and will be paid over to him within one week from today.

4.A copy of proceedings dated 01.11.2021 supra are handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner for onward transmission to the petitioner to enable him to pursue the relief sanctioned there with the authorities.

5.This Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
